Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India.

All orders are delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 8–14 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different timeline is communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, and other external factors. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier company, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s operational timelines.

Aurochs and Angels is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.
